Evans Georgia is Augusta’s most desirable suburb. This area has the highest rated schools, lowest crime rates, and highest priced homes per square foot. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and is located about half way between Augusta and Clarks Hill lake. Clarks hill is the largest man made freshwater lake east of the Mississippi.
