Growing up in Warrenton, Georgia, she appreciates the importance of family-friendly neighborhoods that offer the unique mix each client desires. Janet has lived in the Augusta/Evans area since 1993, and during that time, has leased, purchased, and sold her own, or her family's homes. These experiences have given her firsthand insight into the emotions involved in each type of transaction, whether working with a licensed Realtor, or going it alone in a 'For Sale By Owner' transaction.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Augusta College. She is a mom, a grandmom, and a dog-mom, with a love for (almost) all animals.
