A native of North Augusta, Kim has a vested interest in serving the CSRA. She got into real estate at first, as a way to fill her time, after retiring as a public school teacher, and also, to keep her brain working! She quickly understood the “bigness” of a home purchase, and the emotions involved with putting the home on the market, where all of the family’s memories were made. Kim loves the satisfaction of helping a first time home buyer through the many steps, and seeing their joy at the closing table. Her reasons for being in real estate are drastically different from her original ideas. "Real estate is people. Real people, with real hopes and dreams. To help facilitate those hopes and dreams is extremely gratifying."
Kim is married, with two grown children, a son-in-law, and a GRANDSON, who she loves to spoil rotten!
